North Manchester FM 106.6 is rebroadcasting ‘Jewish Hour’, a weekly look at what’s going on in Manchester’s Jewish community. But you don’t have to be Jewish to listen!

The programme covers issues of Jewish interest as well as looking at some of the more cultural aspects of the Manchester Jewish community, such as theatre, film and sport.
Jewish festivals are explained in a way that’s informative to all and serious news stories (covering, for instance, prejudice and antisemitism) are analysed objectively and accurately.
Add to that a regular round up of ‘What’s Ons’, a look at welfare and charity activity within our community, and a mix of specialist and mainstream popular music, and it’s easy to see why Jewish Hour is a ‘can’t miss’ for many people.
After more than 20 years on the BBC, the Jewish Hour team have accumulated a star-studded list of regular contributors and a large and loyal following.
The show is broadcast every Wednesday from 9.00pm.
