Last week’s Friendly Friday was a packed show.

In the first hour Heather was joined by Lorraine Platt from North Manchester Fitness.

In the second hour she was joined by pupils from primary schools across North Manchester who were at Manchester Communication Academy as part of the Urban Crew project.
