Lunchtime with Joe on Monday 24th of June is jam packed with live guests and great music.

Joe will be meeting author and motivational speaker Pete Cohen. For 12 years Pete Cohen was the life coach on GMTV. He has also worked with top athletes and sports teams. Including Sally Gunnell, Kent cricket club and Arsenal football club.

Also on lunchtime with Joe we get a chance to meet local solo artist James Reid.

James will be in the studio talking about his music and playing some fantastic music live.
