Manchester City Council Neighbourhood Officers have been in touch to inform us that an illegal gathering has been organised in Collyhurst on Saturday the 20th of June. 

Greater Manchester Police and Manchester City Council are closing the below roads to prevent event organisers setting up. 

Neighbourhood Officers remind the public that:

• These events are illegal and those taking part could be prosecuted
• Safety cannot be guaranteed – lives are at risk 
• Mass gatherings can spread COVID-19 and contravene government rules around Coronavirus
