Tune in to From Manchester with Love this Friday from 12noon when presenter Kierno will be joined by guests Distorted Model.

Distorted Model are a new band formed in 2019 consisting of Ginny-May Wilson (vocals), Scott Forsyth (guitars) and Aaron Palmer (drums). The band formed after a mutual like for bands like Wolf Alice and Black honey but also some shoegaze bands as well in particular My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive and Ride.

“We have just recorded our first single and released it in March ’21 the track is titled Live My Life. We are currently working on our debut EP and hope to have this out shortly. We will then be looking to start playing gigs and hitting scene” write the band.
