ThickSkin Theatre, in collaboration with Step Up MCR, are creating an exciting, immersive, audio experience made by, for and with the community of Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw.

If you have a story to tell about Ancoats & Beswick or Clayton & Openshaw, the organisers would love to hear from you. It might be a life-changing conversation on a park bench, the history of a building that now looks unrecognisable, or a childhood memory you thought you’d forgotten about.

No matter how small, they want to know. Stories that share their passion for local giving would be especially great to hear about!

ThickSkin Theatre, in collaboration with Step Up MCR will be using these stories to form the basis of an audio play that will be released this May.
