3 Minute Scares is back for its SIXTH sinister year!

“Can you tell a scary story in just 3 minutes? Want to win a fantastic prize and have your worked played on the radio? This Halloween, I’m once again on the hunt for the spookiest flash fiction in Greater Manchester” writes presenter Hannah Kate.

The best entries will be played on this year’s Halloween episode of Hannah’s Bookshelf (on Saturday 30th October), with the winner receiving a fantastic prize from Breakout Manchester and the title of Greater Manchester’s Spookiest Wordsmith. I am delighted to announce that this year’s guest judge for 3 Minute Scares will be horror legend Ramsey Campbell.

The competition is open to anyone living in the Greater Manchester area. If you know anyone who might be interested in submitting an entry, please pass the details along.
