Sindy is a Senior Cardiac Nurse working for over 20 years serving the NHS and with the British Heart Foundation as part of their clinical team.
During the course of the interview, Sindy explains the signs and symptoms of the development of a heart condition, what to do in the instance of someone having a heart attack and the daily use of sustainable exercise, why is it beneficial to us and what nutrition we need to consume as part of a healthy balanced diet.
Sindy talks about how much water to drink per day, what to do if your overweight, how to reduce the risks of developing a heart condition, working with gradually reducing risk factors.
