SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES FOR APRIL 2024

12th April 10:30 – 12:00/12:30 CHAT – Join audio artist/writer Jenny Gaskell for a mock-
tail and a talk about how humour and tenderness can go someway to help us talk about the things we are grieving or the things we feel anxious about. She will also invite you to take part in her new audio project The Sustainable Travel Agency, which is part of SICK! Festival 2024.

19th APRIL 10:30 -12:30 GO & SEE – Come and meet Grace Harvey to chat about SICK! Festival in MAY, reserve your free tickets to shows, workshops and art installations happening across North Manchester.

26th April 10:30 – 12:30 CREATE -Join Zack Mennell to creatively engage with difficult content in personal records such as your NHS letters. Cut them up, rearrange the words into poems, and make collages to shift power dynamics with any sort of printed materials that p*ss you off.

You can sign up to SMASH! at any time and choose whichever of the different activities suits you. The sessions take place in Harpurhey, with lunch and refreshments provided. Please note: all sessions are book in advance!
