Manchester Art Gallery Tour

Join Karen on Wednesday 24th June 2pm-4pm for a free tour at Manchester Art Gallery, Mosley Street 
 

We are pleased to announce that Ruth Edson Senior Learning Manager at Manchester Art Gallery is offering an exclusive tour for unpaid carers.  We will be visiting two new exhibitions –  Worn – The Life Within Clothes  and Won’t Sit Still,  and also have some time for tea and chat in the studio.

She will also share some images of art for a future exhibition by an artist called Marie Louise von Motosicsky.   Marie Louise was a painter who fled nazi Austria in the 1930s and cared for her mother throughout her life. She painted continuously with many paintings being of her mother.
