Manchester Youth Zone are looking for an individual with excellent youth work and communication skills able to lead and shape to shape their Safeguarding Policy and practice to enable young people to excel. Manchester Youth Zone work in an environment where there are numerous safeguarding challenges to young people and Manchester Youth Zone seek to make interventions to grow the resilience of young people.

You would work across all youth zone activity taking the lead for Safeguarding and leading the implementation of practice that enables young people to grow up in a safe environment. You will be responsible for the management of mentoring for those young people requiring this intervention both with staff and volunteers
