Manchester Youth Zone are looking for an experienced Volunteer and Workforce Development Manager who can help drive and shape their volunteer and workforce offer to ensure that the charity is supported by a committed and diverse team of volunteers and staff across all areas of delivery.

The Volunteer and Workforce Development Manager will drive a transformational change that will see volunteers become integral to their offer for young people and deliver around 40% of what Manchester Youth Zone do. They will also work with other youth and play organisations across North Manchester in develop their capacity and capability through volunteer and paid staff.
