Lunchtime with Joe today with guests: Mal Pope, Jimmy Brown from UB40 and Daniel James

“On Lunchtime with Joe on Monday 14th June in the 1st hour I will be talking to Mal Pope” writes presenter Joe Figueira.

“Mal was discovered by radio legend John Peel. He has sung with Elton John, written songs for Cliff Richard and the Hollies and sung the theme tune to Fireman Sam. We will be chatting about his career and Summer single ‘ I Still Think About You’.”

“Then in the 2nd hour I will be speaking to Jimmy Brown from UB40 about the band’s new album ‘Bigga Baggariddim and new single ‘Message of Love’ and his career in UB40″.

“In the 3rd hour I will be talking to Daniel James. He had a top ten hit with 90’s band ‘Yell’ and as an actor has appeared in Coronation street, Eastenders and Casualty among others”.
