Long-term supporters of music in Manchester, and with some of the best underground gigs in the North West, Sour Grapes Records specialise in cassettes and release music by both local and international bands.

During the pandemic, they partnered with North Manchester FM 106.6 on a weekly show, promoting and discussing how to support live music.

They are also owners of the last cassette shop in the UK, Mars Tapes.
