Get Involved: Sick Festival Smash Mental Health AWareness Week Creative Activities

13th OCTOBER 1-3pm. No. 93 HARPURHEY: POST IT NOTE CREATIVITY WORKSHOP

This fun relaxed workshop, led by disabled artist Conor Aylward, is a mix of fun Post-it Note games that explore how creativity and play can be can be helpful in coping with and learning from challenging situations. Games like; Awkward Shopping Lists, Curse like Noel Fielding, Post-it Note poetry, Therapeutic Eavesdropping, and more.
2hr workshop (3x30min sections) absolutely no skills required

15th OCTOBER 10:30am – 1pm MEETING AT NO. 93 HARPURHEY: GRAYSON PERRY ART EXHIBITION VISIT

A special guided tour by staff around an exhibition of works selected by Artist Grayson Perry during “Grayson’s Art Club” the popular Channel 4 TV series at Manchester Art Gallery. All the works on display are very personal visual representations of lockdown, made by the public, well-known artists and celebrities. Providing a unique record of this globally experienced extraordinary time. All transport provided.
