“The event is hosted every Ramadan by Ramadan Tent Project. This is just one of the many good causes they promote and facilitate and many more projects and charities have sponsored this event. It was at Cathedral Gardens in Manchester and the speakers Abu Bakr interviewed were Lemn Sissay who is the Chancellor of University of Manchester, Afal Khan a Labour MP for Gorton, Nosheen Gul from Guidance Hub based in Cheetham Hill and Zara who was helping out at the event as a volunteer” adds Abdul.
