Join me on Friday at 4pm for The Festival Show on North Manchester FM. This week’s episode will be taking a look at SICK! Festival, and here’s what’s coming up on Friday…

Soundpaths Boggart Hole Clough… I’ll be talking to the Boggart Hole Ramblers, a local walking group, about their involvement with the Soundpaths app for this year’s festival.
I Am by Allie Crewe… I’ll be heading to St Peter’s Square to see the I Am installation by photographer Allie Crewe and talking to Bev Craig, Leader of Manchester City Council, about the exhibition.
Unmasking Masculinity… I’ll be reviewing Unmasking Masculinity, a spoken word night at FC United on Wednesday 18th May, featuring CourtsWrites (Courtney Hayles), Dave Viney and Tony Curry.
The Green… I’ll be talking in a bit more detail about some of the things you can see on The Green (the festival’s hub on Moston Lane/Hemsley Street), which is open until 22nd May.
What’s On… I’ll be giving you a run-down of what’s on at the SICK! Festival and GM Walking Festival programmes for the coming week.
Catch the show on Friday at 4pm on 106.6FM (if you’re in the North Manchester area) or listen online (if you’re further afield).
