Jimmy Bongo is a comedy conscious poet, a documentary short film-maker, a reiki healer and an event organiser. You may remember Jimmy’s previous performance on Hannah’s Bookshelf, as he was a guest on this year’s Live Poetry Special back in March. His book, The Gospel According to Jimmy Bongo, is coming soon.

I’ll be talking to Jimmy about the book, his poetry, and his film-making. And, of course, he’ll be sharing his selections for this week’s Apocalypse Books.
