On Bits and Bats tomorrow and Wednesday we have the interview with Ben Atkins from the Oral Health Foundation talking about Blue Wednesday and Oral Cancer Action Month. The symptoms and signs of oral cancer what it feels like, some of the things that you cannot do with a diagnosis of oral cancer and much more. In addition a documentary series which we signed up for last year or earlier this year it’s Killing Coal talking with Lucy Taylor and Dan Ashby it’s a coal miner from Tyneside called Eric Foster and they will be recalling the first time he went underground at the age of 15.

The documentary itself is supposed to be a reflection based on the coal mine strikes called by Traders Union Congress in the mid to late 1920’s over a reduction of wages for coal miners at that time.
